This event was started, with overwhelming success, by the 2018 Leadership Tuolumne County, as a class project.

Last year, we had 73 non-profit organization who participated in the event and approximately 200 members of our community who connected with them.  The Volunteer Fair not only matched citizens from our county with our local organizations, it also gave our local nonprofit organizations a chance to connect with each other.  There were far-reaching success stories that resulted from last year’s event.  The event is totally “free” to all people who attend and is run by volunteers.  Robin Walters of “Project Feed Our Kids, Inc.” is the 2019 Volunteer Fair’s host and the Sonora Area Foundation has, once again, graciously funded the event.
