Crash On Mono Way In Sonora
Sonora, CA — CHP is on the scene of a two car crash on Mono Way and Highway 108.
No word on how the accident happened, but CHP reports the wreck is blocking the westbound on ramp for Highway 108. Traffic is backed up so motorists may want to avoid the area.

Update 3pm: CHP reports the ramp is now open. However, they have the east bound second lane on Mono Way closed for debris clean up. Traffic is backed up so motorist may want to avoid the area. There is no word on exactly how the accident happened or any injuries at this time.
Update 3:45pm: CHP says all roadways are open. They say a car on Mono Way ran a red light and broadsided a car crossing the intersection and heading up the west bound on ramp for Highway 108. Traffic was backed up for nearly 45 minutes. CHP says there were no injuries.
