Paloma Fire Is 75% Contained

Mokelumne Hill, CA– Firefighters continue to battle a vegetation fire this evening that started yesterday afternoon just outside of Paloma in Calaveras County.
CAL Fire says the 100 acre blaze is now 75 percent contained. Ground crews will be working tonight and Sunday.
No structures have been damaged and the cause of the fire is still unknown.
Update: Sunday, July 24th 9:45 am: CAL Fire still reports that the fire is 100 acres and 75% contained.
