CHP Officer Headed To Afghanistan

San Andreas, CA – A San Andreas CHP Officer will deploy to Afghanistan later this month for a one year assignment.
Officer Kelly Abercrombie is a Chief Warrant Officer, Helicopter Pilot with the S-Company 2-135 AVN Medivac Unit.
Abercrombie will leave behind his wife and two year old daughter, and is hoping to make a trip home for the delivery of his second child, due in July.
He was recognized this week by members of the CHP.
