Oakdale, CA – Emergency crews have cleared Hwy 108/120 and traffic is again moving freely.
Traffic had been at a standstill during the morning commute due to a fatal head-on accident that occurred during the six o’clock hour.
The identity of the one person killed has not been released by officials.
