Containment Soon For Fire Near Cold Springs

Cold Springs, CA– Containment is expected this afternoon on a vegetation fire near the Spring Gap Reservoir in the Stanislaus National Forest.
Maggie Craig from the Forest Service says the 5 acre fire is located just 2 miles west of Cold Springs and no structures have been affected. Air resources from Columbia have returned to base.
