Murphys, CA — Officials are on scene of a vehicle fire on Highway 4 near Utica Powerhouse Road.
The fire was reported at 5:10am and it was fully involved when the first responders arrived. No injuries have been reported. The CHP has been directing traffic along Highway 4 near the incident.
