Planning Commission May Make Tullock Lake Resort Decision Today

San Andreas, CA — The Calaveras County Planning Commission may make a decision today regarding the demolition of the Lake Tulloch Resort.
The application for the demolition and the construction of 30 townhomes was made by the Resort at Lake Tulloch, LLC.
That issue was placed on the back burner following a May 15th meeting because the five planning commissioners wanted answers to environmental issues such a proposal for 50 boat docks, extending townhomes over the lake. The commissioners also demonstrated a concern over lack of access to the lake itself.
