Water Shutdown Set For Arnold Area

Arnold, CA — Arnold area residents are preparing for a brief water shutdown this week.

Fortunately that shutdown will take place when most folks are asleep. Wednesday midnight the 10 inch water transmission line that services the Meadowmont Shopping Center and runs along the Meadowmont Golf Course will be shut down for six hours for repair.

According to the Calaveras County Water District (CCWD) customers without any water supply during that time period will be the majority of Meadowmont on the north side of Hwy 4 and the southwest side of Meadowview near the car wash.

The customers along Pine Drive and in the Lakemont area may experience low pressure while residents on the southside of Meadowmont and along Hwy 4 will not be affected by the shutdown.
