Ebbetts Pass Opens

Stockton, CA — Caltrans reports that Ebbetts Pass (Hwy 4) is now open following a weekend closure due to snow.

Sonora Pass (Hwy 108) and Tioga Pass (Hwy 120) remain closed at this hour.
