Sonora, CA — According to CAL Fire Investigator Rommie Jones the fire that caused $100,000 damgage to a $700,000 residence located at 20935 Tuolumne Rd. North Saturday morning was hot ashes from a fireplace that were left on the deck.
The deck caught fire and the fire then moved into the main structure.
