Week Six Of Prep Football Arrives In The Mother Lode
Sonora, CA — Week Six of Mother Lode prep football has arrived.
The 4-1 Sonora Wildcats will hit the road to meet Manteca. The Buffalos are 5-0 this year and on the carryover they have won 25 in a row along with two section titles. Their last defeat was to Sonora two years ago. Wildcats have won three in a row going into this evening´s game. Seven o´clock is the scheduled kickoff on STAR 92.7.
The 1-4 Summerville High Bears will open league play this evening by hosting 3-2 Calaveras. The Bears have now dropped three in a row. Seven o´clock is the scheduled kickoff on Today´s Country, 93.5 KKBN.
3-2 Bret Harte will try and snap its two game losing streak this evening. The Bullfrogs will travel to Jackson to meet Argonaut at 7:30.
The 4-1 Oakdale Mustangs will be on the road to meet Central Valley this evening in a seven o´clock contest.
