No Impact Found For Rehabilitation Of Yosemite Valley Loop Project
Yosemite National Park, CA — The Yosemite National Park Superintendent Michael Tollefson has approved the signing of the Finding of No Significant Impact for the Rehabilitation of the Yosemite Valley Loop Road Project.
After a 30 day public review and comment period, The National Park Service has determined that implementation of the project will not have a significant effect on the human environment; therefore, an environmental impact statement will not be prepared.
As a result of public comment, some changes have been incorporated into the selected alternative. Construction for the project is expected to start in fall. More information is available by contacting Yosemite.
