The 25th annual Motherlode Martin Luther King, Jr. birthday celebration will take place on Sunday, Jan. 19, 2020, at 2 p.m. The event will feature Sonora High students presenting Conversations to Bridge Differences. The winners of the MLK essay contest will be announced.
This free event will be held at the Sonora High School Auditorium, at the corner of Shaws Flat Rd. and N. Washington St. in Sonora. It will be followed by a reception in the cafeteria with refreshments.
