Tami Burns, Registered Dietitian, has worked for Sonora Regional Medical Center since 2010. She completed her degree in dietetics at San Diego State University and completed her internship at the University of Alaska. Tami works in acute care, helping inpatients and their families understand dietary requirements both while they are at the hospital and when they are discharged home. She also works at the Medical Center’s Live Well Be Well Center helping with diabetes education and celiac disease support. Tami is certified in Adult Weight Management and enjoys promoting nutrition and wellness.
