Yosemite Valley Ice Skating Rink

Yosemite’s Ice Skating Rink has been in the eastern section of Curry Village in the main parking area since 2017. The rink has amazing views of Half Dome and cozy fire pits open seasonally and sustainably placed for the surrounding habitat.

A tradition in Yosemite since the 1930s, the Ice Rink at Curry Village is great way to truly appreciate balance, with nature and on skates! Tucked beneath the majestic Half Dome, and Glacier Point, skaters will enjoy the warmth of an outdoor fire ring. Open from mid-November until early March, conditions permitting.

Open for 2.5 hour sessions daily Noon to 9:30 pm and Weekends and holidays 8:30 am to 9:30 pm.

Ice skating tickets may be purchased online or at the Curry Village Tour & Activity Desk adjacent to the Registration Office. Ticket sales open at the kiosk 15 minutes prior to each session.
