Event begins at 2 p.m. with dinner being served from 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm. The menu includes barbecued BQQ tri-tip meal will be served and hot dogs and chips for the children. A vegetarian option is also available. Soft drinks, water and dessert will be provided. Prepaid tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children age 12 and under and available at the gate for pickup. Non-Prepaid Tickets at the door will be $25 for adults and $10 for children. In addition to the barbecue, there will be multiple drawings and a silent/live auction for baskets and gift certificates that concludes this event.
