Film Director David Lynch passed away in January. To honor Lynch, and give his fans a space to grieve, and expose people who haven’t seen his work before, CalPride Sierras will showcase a different Lynch film every Friday during the month of February.
This Friday, February 21st at 5:30 PM we will be viewing “The Elephant Man”.
One of Lynch’s biggest commercial & critical successes, the film was nominated for 8 Academy Awards, won 3 BAFTAs, and is cited as among the greatest films of all time.
The prior weeks we have viewed some of Lynch’s more experimental films and will be finishing the month with some of his more mainstream pieces.
