Blue Zones Project presents a special cooking demonstration at the Tuolumne County Library, located on Greenly Road in Sonora. This is a call for Fall Soup. You will see how to make healthy minestrone and pumpkin-apple soup. You’ll also be able to taste it and take the recipe card home. This will take place this Thursday October 24th starting at 11:30 in the morning.
