Tuolumne County Solid Waste Division is pleased to announce a new option for recycling mattresses and electronic waste on the third Wednesday of every month.
This month: Wednesday, October 16th, 2024 from 9:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.
The Department of Public Works, in co-operation with Greater Valley Conservation Corps and the Mattress Recycling Council, will now be offering FREE mattress and electronic waste recycling to Tuolumne County residents at the monthly HHW collection event located at the Jamestown Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility. Hazardous waste needs an appointment, e-waste and mattresses don’t, the site is open once per month with a trailer for the mattresses and lockers at the end of the dirt road.
