The Annual meeting of the League of Women Voters of the Motherlode will be held Saturday, June 6 from 10 am to noon. It will be at the Tuolumne Library, 480 Greenley Road, Sonora. All are welcome.
The meeting will be a celebration of the fifth anniversary of the League’s status as an official member of the League of Women Voters. There will be cake ! Also Trudy Craig will give a talk reviewing the Constitution for all to learn and enjoy.
The League of Women Voters is a non-partisan civic organization of men and women dedicated to empowering voters and defending democracy by providing voter education and advocating for voter’s rights. To find out more go to lwvml.org.
