Join us throughout the month of July for Tai Chi classes led by instructor Laureen Campana at the Sonora Opera Hall & Community Center. Classes are open to everyone, and there is no cost to participate. Tai Chi is a gentle exercise rooted in an ancient tradition that promotes balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.
