Come help the Tuolumne River Trust with restoration work at Boney Flat meadow! This meadow habitat has experienced degradation from the 2013 Rim Fire among other habitat stressors. Learn to construct in-stream structures to help restore the meadow water table and restore ecological function as well as remove invasive plant species, collect and plant willow cuttings and more! No prior experience required, TRT and our contractor Symbiotic Restoration will provide instruction and tools. Come prepared for a day of work outdoors with plenty of water, sun protection and a lunch – TRT will provide snacks, tools, instruction and transportation to the site.
