This is the recipe that I tasted, when I made it at home I made these changes: Exchanged cashews for peanuts, left out mandarin oranges, added toasted sesame seeds and cooked chicken…anyway you do it, it’s delicious!

| 1 | cup | peanuts |
| 1 | can | sliced water-chestnuts |
| 1 | can | mandarin oranges |
| Newman’s Own Low fat Sesame Ginger dressing |
To prepare:
Mix first 4 ingredients, and toss with dressing to taste. Chill for several hours before serving.
