Splitting Sexes Brings Less Distractions

Sonora, CA– With the new school year just days away, some school officials are still trying to figure out how students can get the most out of their education without being distracted by the opposite sex.
Some schools in Modesto are considering separating boys and girls in the classroom hoping to eliminate the stress of trying to impress one another.
Franklin Elementary School already has one fourth grade class made up entirely of boys and a separate class just for girls. Several school officials will be monitoring the success of this program.
