San Andreas, CA — The CHP is bringing the Start Smart program to its San Andreas office September 26.
The interactive program brings forth issues facing today´s teen drivers and discusses the role their parents play in the driving experience.
New teenage drivers and their parents are encouraged to attend.
Lieutenant Jerry Pelfanio says teen drivers are found at fault in 66 percent of all fatal collisions.
