Herrin Injured In Soulsbyville Rd. Accident
Soulsbyville, CA — 22 year old Danny Herrin of Tuolumne suffered moderate injuries Friday evening at approximately 7:45 when he allowed his 2001 Chevrolet Trail Blazer to cross over Soulsbyville Rd. at Monte Grande Rd. and collide with a chain link fence and several small trees before overturning.
The C.H.P. reports Herrin, with passengers 17 year old Mark Bacon of Tuolumne and 16 year old Joseph Lecompte of MiWuk Village, was traveling at a high rate of speed westbound when his vehicle traveled off the right side of the road while entering a left hand curve. Herrin´s overcorrection, according to reports, caused the vehicle to then careen off the north side of the road.
Neither of the passengers suffered any injuries.
