Nesler Jury Selection Delayed

Jury selection in the murder trial of William Nesler has been continued to February 23´d in Tuolumne County Superior Court in Sonora. Nesler´s attorney had requested a delay in the case because he´s preparing for another trial. The District Attorney´s Office wants to try Nesler and defendant Dean Dee Phillips at the same time. The two men are accused of beating 45 year old David Edward Davis to death last July. Nesler had just been released from jail on another charge when the alleged attack occurred.
