Free Screening Of Forest Documentary Tomorrow
Sonora, CA — The Forest Service will present a free public screening of a documentary called “The Greatest Good” tomorrow.
Filmmaker Steve Dunsky says the documentary is not a glorification of the Forest Service; it is a four-year project highlighting 100 years of History.
Organizers say the award-winning documentary underscores the continuing land management challenge the agency faces, including clear-cutting.
As part of its 100-year anniversary celebration, the Forest Service will screen the film Wednesday at 7:00pm at the Signature Stadium 10 Theater in Sonora. Doors will open at 6:30pm and the seating is first come, first served.
