Transfer Day Offers High Schoolers Opportunity To Meet College Reps

Sonora, CA — Columbia College is giving high school and college students a chance to meet with representatives of several colleges, universities, vocational schools and the military.
Columbia´s “Transfer Day” is scheduled for tomorrow at the school´s Oak Pavilion. The college has invited more than 20 area high schools in addition to members of its own student body to participate.
Representatives from 19 institutions will be on hand to answer questions about academic programs, admissions, transfers and financial aid among other topics.
Officials from several University of California campuses in addition to California State University and numerous other colleges are slated to attend.
The event will go from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
