San Andreas, CA — Janet Casey will stand trial for the murder of her husband Frank.
That´s what Calaveras County Superior Court Judge Douglas Mewhinney ordered during a preliminary hearing Thursday.
Casey was arrested August 30 after her husband was found shot in the chest at their home.
Her arraignment is set for 9 a.m. November 28 in Department 1.
