Police Look For Clues In Modesto Murder

Modesto Police are investigating a homicide at a northwest Modesto restaurant.
Police say yesterday morning a delivery driver — who stopped at the restaurant on the 1600 block of Tully Road — discovered a woman employee on the floor with a fatal gun shot wound.
Investigators say they do not have sufficient evidence to determine if robbery was a motive in the murder.
