Accident Victim Saved By Air Bag

The CHP is attributing a vehicle air bag and seat belt usage for saving a Murphys woman´s life yesterday morning.
Officers say 40 year old Lori Trimble was heading north on Highway 49 near the old cement company railroad bridge just after 6 30 yesterday morning when her Toyota hit black ice and she lost control of the car. The car went down a 40-foot embankment, hitting a tree. She was flown to Doctors Hospital in Modesto for treatment of serious injuries.
