Knoller Wants Court Decision Upheld

Marjorie Knoller has urged a state appeals court to uphold a judge´s decision tossing out her second-degree murder conviction. Knoller and her husband, Robert Noel, were caring for a pair of dogs when they attacked and killed their San Francisco neighbor in January 2001.
