County Supes To Hear Fire Staffing Plan

Possible staffing cuts for California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection personal is on the Tuolumne County Supervisors agenda Tuesday.
Rising costs of maintaining CDF´s contract with the county has local fire officials working to develop a savings plan that will not comprise fire protection in areas of Sonora, Jamestown and Standard.
The topic comes before the board at 11 a.m. tommorow in the county administration center on South Green Street in Sonora.
