Ban On Teachers Having Sex With Students

The University of California´s Academic Senate has approved a ban on sexual relationships between teachers and students. Final approval from the Board of Regents could come as soon as July.
Yesterday´s vote follows last year´s resignation of the dean of UC Berkeley´s law school. A former student accused the dean of sexual harassment. The dean said the relationship was consensual.
