Plan In Place For “Moke” River Access

Officials will dedicate a new access point along the Mokelumne River today near Jackson. The site will be available for use by people who want access to and from the river at Middle Bar Bridge. That part of the river has been off limits because of water quality concerns, but officials and environmentalists have put together a plan they say will allow access and protect the environment.
