Ordinance For The Birds

The Turlock City Council will allow residents to keep more than six pigeons as long as they get permits and meet noise and odor ordinances. The City Council approved an ordinance targeting pigeon ownership earlier this week after a man was cited for having 100 pigeons in his back yard.
