Bond Measure Hopes To Clean Up Air

A valley lawmaker hopes to place a $4.5 billion bond measure on the state ballot next year to help clean up the San Joaquin Valley´s air. Senator Dean Florez says $2 million dollars would help farmers and dairymen pay for air pollution reduction.
