Sheep Ranch Man Faces Narcotics Charges

Calaveras County Authorities say 51-year-old James Thomas was using power tools to repair a fence, which upset some neighbors who reported it as a disturbance.
Officers say when they arrived at the home on Sheep Ranch Road, Thomas was working on a fence, and was also in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. He was booked into the county jail on $15,000 bail.
