Parnell Pleads In Kidnapping Case

Convicted kidnapper Kenneth Parnell has pleaded innocent to charges he sought to buy a boy for $500 last year. Parnell entered his plea earlier this week in Alameda County Superior Court. Parnell gained notoriety when he was convicted of abducting Steven Stayner and holding him for seven years during the 1970s. He´s scheduled to be back in court May 16th.
