Tuolumne Supes Approve Funding For TGH

Tuolumne County Supervisors have tentatively approved a plan for funding the county run hospital until the end of the fiscal year, which ends in June.
Tuolumne General hospital faces a shortfall this year between $1 million and $2.7 million dollars. County Administrator C. Brent Wallace says officials will know exactly how much the shortfall will be in May.
Supervisors today approved a plan to use $1 million from the county´s general fund and use money from a fund that county departments borrow money from to purchase items.
The Board of Supervisors will re-visit the issue in May.
