Davis Not Happy With Fee Hike

Governor Davis is criticizing legislation designed to trigger a vehicle license fee increase and head off substantial local government budget cuts. But he€™s stopping just short of saying he€™ll veto the bill if it reaches his desk. It´s designed to raise about $4 billion for local government coffers.
