Call For Recall Could Come Thursday

Lieutenant Governor Cruz Bustamante says he would call for an election to recall Governor Davis the day after the secretary of state certifies signatures seeking the polling. But Bustamante says he would not call at the same time for a ballot with candidates to succeed Davis.
