Jamestown Man Changes Plea in Assault Case

A Jamestown man who had pleaded guilty to punching a man and leaving him brain damaged will stand trial in September. 26-year-old Terry Gracia is accused of punching 46-year-old Gregory Lynch at the Dog House Bar near Standard.
Lynch had reportedly been bragging because he beat Gracia in a game of pool before the July 9 attack.
Even though Gracia had pleaded “guilty,” he changed his plea to “not guilty” last week.
