CalPERS Reports Earnings

The nation´s largest public pension fund reports a gain for its last fiscal year, ending two years of negative investment returns. The California Public Employees´ Retirement System says its investments earned nearly four percent in the one-year period that ended June 30.
Also, the California State Teachers´ Retirement System earned $575 million.
