Issa Now Says He Wants Recall

Republican Congressman Darrell Issa is clarifying his position on the recall election. In a statement, he says he does want the recall against Governor Davis to succeed. His remark comes two days after he said he would urge a no vote on the recall if both leading Republicans remain in the race.
