More Training Needed To Spot Abuse

A civil grand jury says San Joaquin County officials need to provide better training in spotting signs of elder abuse. In a report issued Friday, the grand jury also recommended more training for those who provide adult care for the county´s 4,100 clients. An investigation was called after an elderly women allegedly died at the hands of her caregiver.
