Tree Poachers Cut Old Redwood

Park rangers at Humboldt Redwoods State Park are considering installing small infrared cameras in the woods to prevent tree poaching. A 200- to 300-year-old redwood was recently cut down in the middle of the night. The superintendent says poachers probably were trying to harvest the tree´s burls.
