Torture Killers Convicted

A couple accused of using their minivan as a torture chamber to kidnap, rape and kill a Pleasanton college student has been found guilty in Oakland on all counts. The first-degree murder conviction came with special circumstances, which means James Daveggio and Michelle Michaud may now face execution.
